Politics of murder is clear through a BNP leader’s speech: Quader

Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader said the characteristics of BNP’s fascist, conspiracy and murderous politics have become clear through the statement made by one of its leader in Rajshahi.

“The people of the country are outraged at the indicative and provocative statement made by a BNP leader in Rajshahi divisional rally on August 15. The characteristics of BNP’s fascist mentality, conspiracy and murderous politics has become clear through this comment,” said Quader, also the Road Transport and Bridges minister, he told a press conference at his official residence in Dhaka on Friday.

Obaidul Quader questioned the BNP leaders saying that although Fazle Hossain Badshah of Workers Party and Rajshahi metropolitan Awami League has protested, no clear statement had been made by the BNP. So what do we consider, this is the party statement of BNP?

He said, “It was clear from this statement that BNP is still pursuing a policy of conspiracy. The net of this conspiracy is spread in home and abroad. Whether their statements are part of the implementation of the secret plan designed in London will also be examined. Meanwhile, the Rajshahi district Awami League has given a 72-hour ultimatum to withdraw the statement, hopefully the central BNP will clarify their position.”
