Sonakshi Sinha comes out in support of Taapsee Pannu after Kangana Ranaut calls her ‘B-grade actress’

Since the past few days, the nepotism debate has reached a new level after Kangana Ranaut made some comments on the same. The actress, in an interview, has targetted many Bollywood celebs including Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker and Richa Chadha. Kangana also went ahead and spoke up about Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Karan Johar and Mahesh Bhatt. She also called Swara Bhasker and Taapsee Pannu ‘B Grade actresses’. This comment did not go down well with netizens, but Taapsee handled it with her response.

Taapsee’s reaction has impressed one and all. The diva told a publication that she refuses to be bitter and take advantage of someone’s death for personal vendetta.

Talking to Hindustan Times, Taapsee said, “I refuse to be bitter. I refuse to take advantage of someone’s death for personal vendetta and I refuse to make a mockery out of the industry that gave me bread and identity. I have had my share of struggles and just because I don’t glorify them or deal with them with a positive outlook doesn’t make me any less of the outsider.”

Taapsee further said that they are being targetted and discredited for their hard work because they refuse to hail Kangana as the flag bearer of outsiders.

She further said that even she has had her share of bad experiences and has been replaced many times. The Badla actress said that just because she chooses to approach her problems in a positive approach, doesn’t make her any less of an outsider.

Bollywood actress Sonakshi, who has also been at the receiving end of trolls, soon took to Instagram and showed her support to the diva. She wrote, “Proud of you @taapsee! The dignity, maturity and integrity with which you have responded has my respect and I am sure of most others too. More power to you.”
