Despite being loved, even Samantha has been a victim of social media trolling and “bullying”. The actress was last seen in the web series The Family Man 2 and was brutally trolled. But she kept her calm and didn’t let the trolling took over her work.

Now, in an interview, Samantha has talked about how she manages social media “bullying” and its repercussions. When she was asked about the hurdles that come in between when one is vocal about several issues, the actress added that she has been in the industry for a long and knows these “phases of love and hate” and it doesn’t surprise her more.

While interacting with Etimes, Samantha said, “But I wouldn’t say that it is not hard. I would not take bullying on social media lightly. It is definitely not easy. It could have a lot of repercussions on one’s mental health. So, I am not going to make it seem like it is a small issue. I can handle it, as I have experienced it over the years. Some others might not be able to, and they should definitely be able to seek help from friends and family.”

That’s not all, the actress further revealed her coping mechanism and said that she has always given an appropriate answer, whether it is about something she wears or about the work that she is doing. And there has always been an answer to the question that has been “fired” at her. “But I have never been one to get down dirty in the mud,” concluded Samantha.
