Salman Khan breaks free in new Bigg Boss 14 promo; premiere date out



And the wait is over! Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 14 is all set to premiere on October 3. The actor breaks free in the latest promo of the controversial reality show that was shared by the makers online.

Whether you like it or not, the Bigg Boss franchise has become one of the most-loved and watched TV reality shows in India. Hosted by Salman Khan, the show is the Indian version of the Dutch-British show Big Brother. Currently, in its 14th season, Bigg Boss 14 is all set to hit the small screens next month. While other details including the participating contestants are awaited, makers decided to release a new promo along with its premiere date of which the audience has been waiting for a long time now.

Earlier reports had it the Bigg Boss 14 is likely to air on October 4. Building up the viewers’ excitement level, the show will now premiere on October 3 on Colors TV. Its release date is finally out now and not just that, makers gave another surprise as they treated fans with an exclusive promo featuring host Salman Khan from the upcoming show.

In the promo video, superstar Salman was seen breaking the chain, taking his mask off and saying “boredom ka hoga chaknachoor,” as he went on to officially announce the 14th season.

The official Instagram page of the channel airing the show wrote, “2020 ki har problem ko chaknachoor karne aa gaya hai #BiggBoss! #BB14 Grand Premiere, 3rd Oct, Saturday raat 9 baje, sirf #Colors par.”



Meanwhile, a tentative list of probable contestants is doing rounds on social media. TV stars like Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Nishant Malkhani among others are likely to be seen in the upcoming show. However, the makers are yet to reveal the final list of the participating contestants.

If reports are to be believed, Salman will simultaneously shoot for the show along with his upcoming Bollywood film Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai.
