After waiting for a long time, fans finally got to see Alia Bhatt’s bridal avatar on April 14 when she tied the knot with Ranbir Kapoor. Giving oodles of inspiration to minimalist brides, the actress opted for an ivory saree by ace designer Sabyasachi. Interestingly, that wasn’t the only hatke thing about Alia’s wedding look. Ditching the traditional bun, she kept her hair open and went for a no-makeup look.

While we are sure that you are still crushing over Alia’s bridal avatar, the diva was spotted in the city earlier today. Keeping up with her subtle looks, the new bride was seen wearing a light-hued floral kurta set, paired with a matching dupatta.

She kept her hair open and completed her look with elegant jhumkas, oversized tote, a simple bindi and matching heels. The diva was not seen sporting a chooda, sindoor or mangalsutra. Her gigantic engagement ring, however, caught everyone’s attention.

As per Sabyasachi’s Instagram post, the actress wore “a hand dyed ivory organza saree embroidered with fine tilla work and an embroidered handwoven tissue veil.” She amped up her look with statement jewellery, which was also by the ace designer.
