Nani apologizes for his statement on Kannada release of Ante Sundaraniki

Tollywood Natural Star Nani and Malayali beauty Nazriya Nazim’s upcoming film Ante Sundaraniki teaser has finally released in a grand teaser launch event in Hyderabad yesterday. Within 24 hours of the release, the teaser of Ante Sundaraniki has received an overwhelming response from the audience. While fans are loving the teaser, Nani’s comment about the film’s release in Kannada has hogged all the limelight on the internet.

Speaking at the event, Nani answered many media questions and shared about their upcoming film. According to the Aakashavaani, answering to the question about why the film hasn’t been releasing in Kannada language, Nani said – “We actors always like to show original version of the film with own voices to a larger set of audience but due to the language specific issues, we end up dubbing the films and release in other languages.”

He added, “Only with Kannada language, we don’t have such issues because they understand Telugu language well and watch Telugu movies a lot, this is the reason for not releasing the film in Kannada.”

Reacting to Nani’s comment, a fan tweeted to the actor as – ‘@NameisNani Garu, You are wrong so many Kannadigas doesn’t know Telugu or Tamil. Those who don’t understand the Telugu language wont /can’t watch your film! If you intent to release it in Kannada then dub in Kannada also’.
