I have single handedly organised my next event, the first ever British Bangladeshi Community Summit 2025 organised this event by myself and want to thank everyone for attending. I especially want to thank Bangladesh Centre for providing the venue, Grand Rasoi for catering, Mojo Drinks for drinks and refreshments and my supporters Work Permit Cloud, Hillside Travels, Paytap, Venture Helpers Business Services and Channel S. I would finally like to thank the news media and student volunteers for their support on the event day. It has been truly inspiring to see our British Bangladeshi community come together for the first time with such enthusiasm and purpose to talk openly and honestly about the issues affecting our community. This summit marks the beginning of many more initiatives and conversations to support and empower our community, and inspire the next generation. I am proud of what I have accomplished. We have made history. It’s a huge achievement bringing together the whole community, different British Bangladeshi professionals and young people from different industries to connect and network with each other in this historic building. My late father Kamal Jahangir Miah, a life member for Bangladesh Centre and former BCA and BBCA senior leader would have been very proud of what we have achieved today if he was still alive.” The British Bangladeshi Community Summit 2025 successfully achieved its goal of fostering community cohesion, raising awareness on critical issues, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the British Bangladeshi community.
