Days after Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan announced that the father and son duo was hospitalised for novel coronavirus, celebrated actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan were also shifted to a city hospital on Friday night. Though Aishwarya and her daughter Aaradhya were earlier tested positive for the deadly virus, they were under self-isolation at home since the past couple of days.

Big B and Abhishek’s hospitalisation after testing positive for coronavirus 

Widely regarded as one of the greatest actors the Bollywood industry has ever seen, Big B and his son Abhishek revealed that they had tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday (July 11) last week. Admitted to the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai, the Bachchans shared their health update on the microblogging site on regular intervals. Both Big B and Abhishek had mild symptoms when they were shifted to the isolation ward of the hospital.
