Alia Bhatt praises ex-BF Sidharth Malhotra, his rumoured-GF Kiara Advani for Shershaah

Gangubai Kathiawadi actress Alia Bhatt is all praises for the acting of ex-boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra in Vishnuvardhan’s Shershaah that traces the life journey of Param Vir Chakra awardee, Indian Army Captain Vikram Batra. The film sees Sidharth essay the role of Captain Batra and his identical twin brother Vishal Batra, while Kiara Advani plays Vikram’s real-life girlfriend Dimple Cheema.

The film that released on August 12 to a widely positive response now saw Sidharth Malhotra’s ex Alia Bhatt reacting to the recent release. The actress took to social media to praise the actors and makers of the film and congratulated them on Shershaah’s success.

Alia Shared Sidharth’s post on her Instagram story and penned a note, writing, “Must must must watch! This film has made me laugh and cry and everything more.” She further went on to write, “@sidmalhotra you were too too special yaa! So so moving! Sidharth, on his part, who essayed the role of Captain Vikram Batra in the war drama, shared a note on the occasion of Independence Day, paying tribute to the late soldier and other heroes, writing, “Paid my respects to Captain Vikram Batra & all other Fauji heroes in Delhi.”
