Deepika Padukone explains why she’s ‘just never satisfied’

Having been in the industry for more than a decade, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has emerged as one of the film industry’s most successful leading ladies. The actress has delivered several hit films which have also earned critical acclaim. Currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film Gehraiyaan, Deepika talked in length about the film, her film choices and more in an interview with Zoom TV.

The actress was asked about all that she has in store for fans and whether her list of upcoming films leave her satisfied or not. Pat came the reply: “I don’t think I will be here 15 years if I was satisfied,” she said smilingly. The actress explained that she just never feels satisfied because there’s so much to go and so much to learn.

“But no, I mean I am never satisfied. I am just never satisfied. I feel like there’s so much more to do, so much more to learn,” she said, adding, “I still have a lot left to give.”

Gehraiyaan, directed by Shakun Batra, co-stars Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa. The film will release on February 11 on Amazon Prime Video. The film’s trailer and songs have already received a lot of love online.
