50 years will now get booster dose: Health Minister

People, aged 50 years, will now able to get COVID-19 booster dose, said Health Minister Zahid Maleque.
“Our vaccination campaign will go on. Around 7 lakh people have already vaccinated with booster doses. Many are still not get the dose as their six months yet not over.”
Minister Zahid Maleque stated this to media at the Health Ministry.
He said the government has lowered the age limit for the COVID-19 booster dose from 60 to 50 years. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given approval in this regard.
