Govinda brutally trolled for his ‘cringe’ music video

Bollywood actor Govinda, fondly called Chi Chi, is one of the most popular Indian actors of all time. The ’90s star delivered several blockbusters and became the most sought-after comedy hero. From his superb dancing skills to the amazing comic timing, Govinda was simply irreplaceable. But, in the last few decades, the actor has unfortunately lost the title of Bollywood’s Hero No. 1. The actor, dancer and former politician now makes news not for his professional achievements and upcoming projects but for his personal life. While fans were hoping Govinda makes a powerful acting comeback, they have now seemed to lose all hope, courtesy of his latest music video.

The Partner actor recently dropped a new track, titled Hello. On Wednesday, the veteran actor shared the music video of the song and it has apparently left Govinda’s fans ’embarrassed’. The video is being brutally trolled online for being ‘cringe’.

Sharing it, Govinda had written, “Hi guys, my third song Hello is out on my YouTube channel Govinda Royalles. Link in bio. I hope you all will love it!”

The 22-second-long promo of the music video was enough to attract trolls. But, it wasn’t just a few users who left not-so-polite comments, even Govinda’s fans expressed disappointment and penned notes for their favourite ’90s star. A user wrote, “With due respect, This is not 90’s Sir we are living in 2022.”

Another commented, “Yarrr izzat ke saath retire hone mai kya problem hai? Things this guy is doing nowadays would make his fans ashamed to admit they’re his fans!!! It’s all about accepting the fact that you have contributed enough to the cinema and your time is up!!!!!”

“It’s embarrassing to watch you do all this!!! Partner was an amazing movie after that you should’ve just hanged your cape and feel good about all the amazing work you’ve done!!! Not make a joke of yourself,” a fan wrote.
