15 Bangladeshis survived in Mediterranean Sea boat capsize return home

The fifteen Bangladeshi migrants who survived in Mediterranean Sea boat capsize while they were attempting to enter Italy from Libya returned home on Tuesday morning.

A flight carrying the survivors reached at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka around 6:00am, officials from Bureau of Manpower confirmed.

Around 60 migrants, mostly of whom from Bangladesh, died after a boat carrying them capsized in Tunisia coast of the Mediterranean Sea on May 11.
