Krack Box Office Day 1: Cop drama becomes Ravi Teja’s biggest opening with Rs 7 crore
When most celebs choose the path to the east, you can be rest assured that Ravi Teja will go in the exact opposite direction. The actor has created a storm on the big screen with his performances, OTT action sequences, and killer dance moves. The actor’s last release, Krack went on to become one of the first films to release in the theatres after the pandemic outbreak.
The action film went on to star Shruti Haasan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles. Directed by Gopichand Mallineni, the film released on January 9. Despite people being skeptical to go to theatres, Krack received a massive opening at the box office. The film’s worldwide collection on Day 1 has been Rs 7.3 crore which is the biggest opening for Ravi.

After receiving an overwhelming response, Ravi had taken to his Twitter account and wrote, “Thanking all my fans and well wishers who’ve been waiting to watch KRACK and have waited a little too long to watch it in the theatres, all out of love. Your love is my energy. Thank you once again.”
The film sees Ravi essay the role of a hot-headed inspector from Andhra Pradesh who doesn’t like the word ‘background.’ Known for being righteous, he puts an end to all the hooliganism by eliminating the notorious residents of the place in his signature style.
