Anurag Kashyap reacts to Kangana Ranaut’s recent remarks: ‘Iss nayi Kangana ko main nahi jaanta’

Kangana Ranaut is in the news for the last couple of days for her controversial statements against some of her Bollywood colleagues. The actress, who strongly feels that the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is a case of abetment to suicide, accused Bollywood filmmakers such as Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra of destroying Sushant’s career in a recent interview with a news channel. She called Taapsee Pannu, Richa Chadha and Swara Bhasker ‘B-grade actresses’ and blamed them for not raising their voice against the ‘movie mafia’ of the industry.

Lashing out at Kangana on late Monday night, Anurag Kashyap said that he does not know this ‘new Kangana.’ Kashyap shared an old interview of the Panga actress on Twitter, wherein she can be seen defending her decision to curtail screentime of her co-actors in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019) by saying that she has earned ‘that position.’ Kashyap called the interview ‘horrific.’
